celebrated my "niam niam's" birthday at sentosa. we bought the package thing. it was fun! though only a few hours spent and a bit ex, it's really fun. feels great to have some time off on a weekday because we do not have to work!
first stop is the merlion. was a little disappointment. the best part is the view from merlion's mouth and head.
next, at the butterfly park and insect kingdom. eh.... nothing much lo. best one is watching butterflies flying around.
then, the luge and skyride! fun!!!! hahahahahah.... i enjoy the skyride more. they are the best of the package.
lastly, at carlsberg skytower. i am a little disapoointed too. but well.... really brings you to a great height la. view is nice at the top.
then, we went to palawan beach and the southernmost point of some asia continental thingy? the sunset was beautiful....
took some time to decide for dinner. finally settled at hog's breath cafe at vivo city.
then wanted to bring niam niam up to mount faber to see the big beautiful christmas tree at jewelbox. but.... it was not lit up that day and the only sbs bus to go up operates only during weekends! too bad....

part of the 'birthday package' i gave to niam niam consists of a little notebook with 100 thank-you(s) to him.
thank you. a simple yet meaningful word. think about it. i believe you have many, many, many, many thank-you(s) to tell the people around you. your family, friends, colleagues, boy/girl friend. a thank you is never enough.
thank you for bringing you up.
thank you for accompanying you.
thank you for co-operating.
thank you for loving.
it may be such a small thing that you think it is insignificant but it is significant. everything is done for you and makes a difference in your life.
