theend of a relationship. what does it bring you? sometimes it just happens in a split-second. or rather, before you realise it and react to it. sometimes, this is the case. how sad. like what everybody will say, affairs of heart are complicated. yes, we know that but how often can we accept that, and not be upset and grieve over it?
sometimes, we want an answer so much but more often than not, what we receive is silence. no answer. or maybe he/she does not even know it. which makes one wonder where did that 'i love you' go? it just vanishes in the air for no reason after some time. what happens to me? or what happens to you? love just for fun or you are not that strong enough to hold the love. or just blame the love for being too weak.
sometimes, we just want an answer. not that it will change anything but leave our mind and heart in ease. and finally, to let it go. just need a reason to let go. and perhaps, a reason so as not to regret over anything. are you being a coward in the first place? have the courage to end everything and yet dare not face the after-effects. how mocking.
after you have ended the relationship, do you at least have a memory for the both of you to hold on to? both happy and unhappy times. although what we really want to remember are the happy moments. i am standing right here mourning over the past and remembering the times. you? have you forgotten all of them?
