many updates
 27 november 2009 (niam niam's birthday) ` in seek of out-of-the-world peace in bustling city singapore, we went to fairways drive. a place where i have always heard how serene it is and horses appearance. headed to bukit timah saddle club, wanted to have breakfast at riders cafe (good reviews), fully booked. horses everywhere! horse riding seems fun but tough. headed around the corner to turf city. alternative western breakfast at picotin. pricey (expected when we see ang mohs around). next to town to get present for his cousin's first month baby which we would be heading next. in the evening, explored the pasir panjang and west coast area. people flying kites at west coast park, yachts at singapore yacht club and dog run centre! we just love dogs. dinner at tajimaya yakiniku at vivo city. quite fun to char grill the meat ourselves. a bit pricey. heard the beef is very good but we are not beef-eaters. last destination was mount faber to view the tallest christmas tree in singapore which we missed last year. it is beautiful. gave him an lv wallet. many thanks to yu jia and her colleague!    finally received 阿弟's book! with autograph. *^_^* many, many, many, many thanks to the publisher and 阿弟. i am a quarter through it. emotionally packed. it stirred many of my feelings. his wife is really very noble. ah di has been through alot. pu pu changed ah di alot, from an emo and cool big boy to a loving and cheerful father. pu pu is indeed a cutie! results released on friday. fail. didn't expect that. thought it would at least be a pass. another year to go. believe it or not, it was a blow to me. i have never failed since poly. the last time i failed was history for 'o'-levels. although i am not in a rush to attain cpa status, exam takers should understand what it is like to prepare for an exam. hate it. extra money for a paper. this is a bad year for me. watched new moon on friday with hui yu jia and hui xian. well, not too bad, not too good as well. something i've to admit,kristen and rob are well-suited for the roles. couples retreat with niam niam yesterday. not as good as i expected as well. the funny scenes are what you see in the trailer. whatever, these two movies are what i wanted to watch, so no regrets. first driving lesson today. it was quite fun! i need to improve my hand-leg co-ordination so much more. i stepped on the accelerator harder whenever i turn. it was just a natural action for me. ha. the instructor said i held on too tightly to the steering wheel. i was so nervous out on the road! my driving test will be in april. and there will be no pole to guide by then!
