28 march to 01 april 2007
feelings took on a rollercoaster ride over the past few days. 28 march 2008 (friday) (planned) mc. diagnosis: cough and sore throat. really lost my voice in the afternoon. nightmare started. i wanted to be well and fit for energy's event on sunday and my birthday. mc to shop with the energy girls at kallang leisure park. had to spend $50 there in order to get a photograph taken with them. had lunch at nihon mura then went for manicure and pedicure at $29.90 each. had a few plans to accumulate $200 in total. ended up buying three opi polish. misson accomplished. felt like a tai tai for the few hours. wee~ step up 2 at night. not as fantastic as i had expected.  29 march 2008 (saturday) went to see aska 杨宗纬 at suntec city. his live is good, really good. he is so soft when he talks but loud when he sings. sang only two songs. i was so desperate to get my voice back. bought bottles of herbal tea and even a packet to boil at home. slept early to prepare for the big event the next day. 
30 march 2008 (sunday) energy at kallang leisure park thank you to yu jia (who reached at 7+) and li ting (who reached at 8+) to chope place for ye ling and me. it was seriously burning hot. got queue ticket 098 and headed to airport to fetch them. thanks to vanessa (li ting's friend) who drove us there and back to kallang. we can see energy together next time! energy was quite punctual. sang 天生反骨 and 星空. wooh~ should have recorded 天生反骨. their dance is so nice.... well, their live is good too! thanks to 阿弟. and of course, there is my 坤达 who is as shuai as ever. *^_^* nightmare again.... there came the moment we were all so looking forward to. SHYT! that lady who took photo for me. the photo is blur!!!! i planned to tell them that the next day was my birthday and to ask kun da to stand next to me. my voice failed on me.... i was soooo disappointed and upset. and was so angry with myself for falling sick. only consolation was 书伟 and 阿弟 heard me mentioning my birthday and wished me. guess 坤达 and 小刚 did not hear that. and the people were chasing us down. went to founder's bak kut teh for dinner with yu jia, hui xian and li ting. with niam niam as the driver. thought energy would go there. nope didn't. we expected and waited throughout our dinner. but nope didn't. hahahahah.... heard from yu jia that fans said they went to eat bak kut teh that night. SHIT! we missed it.... how could we?! headed to newton circus next. thought they would go there for chilli crab. but nope didn't again. we had nice cheng ting as desserts and headed home. time to rest for the BIG day tomorrow. energy's presence in singapore was the best birthday present from them to me. but ended up in this state.... ya, at least they were here. but ya, my photo and my voice.... these shouldn't happen. what a birthday. and some of their fans just make things worse. irritating b****es.
31 march 2008 (monday) happy birthday to me greeted by niam niam and his bouquet of pink roses. thanks~ he knows i love flowers. yup most girls do. time for a fun-filled day. got a sk diamond pendant with chain from him. he hung on the car's mirror. had a hard time looking for it. and the birthday card was pasted right in front of me. guess not fully awake yet, took some time to see it. ha. first stop: hay dairy. goats. been a long time since such 'excursion'. bought a packet of grass to feed the goaties. the baby goats are so cute~ the amount of milk a female goat can produce a day is amazing. we saw the milking process. the goats are very obedient. i still like the little goats. qian hu next up. main thing is to go for the fish spa. fun! with little fishes nibbling on the dead skin on your legs. was quite ticklish in the beginning but felt like vibration after a while. advice is to go on weekdays so that all the fishes in the pool will 'massage' only on your feet! farmmart next. nothing much. saw puppies. niam niam asked about bulldog. seems hard to keep a bulldog. the owner said bulldogs are bound to have skin diseases. botak jones at clementi for lunch. blame on my throat again. couldn't enjoy a good western meal at the famous botak jones. had turkey sandwich. i am craving for fried stuffs now! fetched niam niam's mammy home from work then down to east coast. cycled on a double bike to bedok jetty. missed the chalet days when we were young. the barbecue, the cycling, macdonald's, sea etc. down to sizzler at suntec city. first time at sizzler. just order a main course and you have eat-all-you-want salads, soup, pasta and ice cream. another place to makan next time. quite reasonable. sentosa. siloso beach seemed to be closed, so we went to palawan beach. niam niam asked me to back face him for some time. then ta-dah! he laid lighsticks on the sand which made up 'I (heart) U'. that was a touching moment.... he once told me he is not a romantice guy and i told him that before. but that moment was like.... undescribable. just a small act which warms my heart so much. oh ya, we played sparkling sticks too (仙女棒). thank you so much, niam2. up to mount faber to enjoy the night scenary for a while and back home. tired but contented. 01 april 2008 (tuesday) got up early (and tired) to conquer macritchie. or rather, to conquer the hsbc tree top at macritchie. well, i think we did. hahahahah.... the way up was soooo long and hot. and i was in the wrong attire. jeans! cui.... nevertheless, we managed to do it. and walked like more than 5km?! good workout and my thighs ache a little now. 02 april 2008 (wednesday) back to work. tired due to insufficient sleep accumulated over the past few days. and ya, voice not fully recovered yet. thank you mammy! got a taka diamond pendant from her. nevermind about the brand. she seldoms gives me present. usually red packet does the job. friends, thank you very much for remembering my birthday and your wishes. greatly appreciated. heartfelt thanks to all of you out there. for those who celebrated for me, gave me presents or cards, once again, much much thanks to you. love you guys. niam niam, i sincerely know you have put in a lot of effort, time and of course money to plan my birthday. thank you for your present, flowers, card, awfully chocolate cake. you didn't miss any of them out. thank you for driving me around, having fun and tolerating me when i could not read the map. i know it was tiring for you to drive for a few days. i really appreciate all that you do and that little act of romance at the beach. i truly enjoyed my birthday. indeed a fun-filled and love-filled one. love you!!!!
