current engagement at a hospice. during interim audit in march, the AM has been telling us it is a sad place. patients spend the last of their days there. honestly, i felt nothing much as i did not see them. until fixed assets sighting on thursday. the staff brought me to the wards. a pinch in my heart. i avoided their eyes. i hate facing the life and death topic. though this is life. i felt so ashamed. i can do much more to help the needy and to bring more love and warmth to them.
watched ghosts of girlfriends past on thursday with yu jia and li ting. a nice movie. hilarious movie. and very real. reflects the real society. a shallow man who does not believe in love and marriage. his life is sex and short-term love. until he knows deep down in his heart his true love is his childhood mate. i guess this is our society now. perhaps even ladies are behaving this way. but one day, you may find your true love. will you quit your game then?
results released on friday. a D. DISTINCTION! unbelievable. i swear, i really did not believe i can make it. i was hoping for a P. i did not know the answers for almost half of the paper, so i shaded the same option for them, believing some may just hit. prayers are heard. can you grant my next little wish of finding a good job? *^_^* two papers left! core papers though.
ktv with yu jia at top one yesterday. shiok! hahahahah.... a small little room. the next thing we noticed, a big heart at the backdrop. a couple room. as usual, most of our songs are guys'. energy, lee hom, jay chou, show luo, etc. and the theme of the day: f4! jerry is just so charming. those were the days.... when we see old MVs. the past is just so beautiful. people change as they grow? perhaps. but for the better or the worse?
why aren't lee hom and danson here yet? has been half a year.... in the meantime, ethan will be in town next week!
