watched 艋胛 monga with yu jia on tuesday, our long awaited movie. of course, the primary reason was ethan juan. but then again, if it was only ethan, we may not necessarily watch it. whatever the reason, we watched it.
and gosh, it is nice! of course, there was ethan. other actors were quite impressive as well. they acted very well as gangsters. ha.
awesome movie. though there are lots of fights and vulgarities.
i've always liked this kind of shows. interesting!
like the reviews i read, i think every aspect of the movie is very well. from the production, direction, acting, music, costumes, etc. good job, 豆导!
it is great to see taiwan movies emerging as worthy ones.
and i guess we really love ethan lotssss. ha. totaly mesmerised by him. good-looking, tall, acts well, and especially love his smiles! and once again, it is proven that he worths our support. i totally understand why 豆导 favours him so much.
there is this other guy, 凤小岳 Rhydian Vaughan, acting as 志龙 (太子). i think he looks good too. an eurasian at the age of 22.
and i watched the dvd second time today, and teared for the second time. looking for possible cut scenes. but didn't really notice any.
i understand those revolutionary brotherhood and friendship. they touch my heart, deep down, striking my emotions yet again.
especially when people are young, they cherish this kind of relationship so much. which made me watch with envy.
something i don't understand. how can brothers harm each other? somebody whom you have always protected dearly. revenge and blood. why can't things be settled peacefully?

Monica.
I'm Monica.
I was born in a piece on 31st of March in Singapore.
Half-boiled egg cos I am not a girl, not yet a woman.
I love my family, boyfriend and friends. And definitely, myself.
My interests are in movies and chinese pop.
Not really that kind of Sing girl.
Cos I don't really love shopping though of course, I enjoy it.
Thus, not a fashionista. Yeah.
Girl next door? Perhaps.
Though I do not possess that x-factor.
