went to st james on friday. with niam niam and his colleagues. has been two years since i stepped into a dancefloor? it has never been my thing but no harm partying once in a while. good companion. and it is my first visit to st james to club. not too bad. but feels so different. sign of aging? ha.... i hope not.
energy coming again! i was just missing them recently and wondering when are they coming again. and here they are! quite unexpectedly. just a short stay. coming on saturday for the e awards and a k box gathering, then back on sunday. better than nothing right. at least to stop our 'craving'.
nothing much happened in my life recently. or rather, some things? i don't know. life has been going on as usual. but something bothering me is from work. some rumour. economic slowdown+our small unit. factors contributing to uncertainty of promotion. i honestly and seriously think and feel i am a normal average g2. but due to these factors, to hold back the promotion of some of us. is this fair? expectation gap. have you heard of it? what they expect of us is sometimes just so ridiculous.
if no promotion, to leave or not? i don't want to be bothered by these issues but it is hard not to think and worry about it.
