as the title implies, this is quite an outdtated post. but anyway, i have so much to share regarding on this date! firstly, a very special day for birthdays of three people of different categories of important people in my life. my brother vincent, my niece joyce and my friend. this certainly calls for a celebration, isn't it? haha. definitely. didn't really have a celebration for my birthday. bought a cake for him though. what is a birthday without birthday cake? haha. just an excuse! a second thing to grace. my mammy is discharged from cancer centre. yeah! that calls for a real celebration. five years of review and the last ct scan shows no recurrence of it. but well, there is evidence of her stroke. nevermind, we are still working hard against it! i sincerely thank all people who haven been asking about her condition. all well wishes are warmly conveyed to her and deeply appreciated by us! she is fine, memory still has to improve. aja fighting!  and the last thing is energy's ninth anniversary. dumb me. only realised it when shu wei posted on facebook. we forgot! how could we!? haha. the energy spirit remains within. and i was so so touched that they still met up! namely kun da, ah di, shu wei and.... toro! so surprised. like what ah di said, it was nice to see them gather again. though there had been unhappy moments, these might have made them cherish each other and the present more. not that bad afteralll. ^-^ now, something to complain. first increase in electricity tariffs. now, fare adjustment by our transport providers. can i loudly protest, "NONONONOOOO!!!!" useless. definitely. as if our views will be considered. i completely agree with the opinion that they should not be profit-earning corporations. hello.... they serve us commuters, who are the very vast majority. fare increase, coe increase. what do you expect? cycle or walk? just because we don't really have a choice not to take public transport? just a little increase you say. hello.... a cent a person and the passenegr volume is like millions a day? sounds like a hefty profit isn't it? may i then ask where does the money go to? i have been expriencing train delays every so often. and i see buses always upgrading. can you just upgrade to the best once and for all? train stations as well, there is always improvement made on the gates. can you do the best for once? seriously, is it a problem on cash management, 'r&d' or project management? please don't make me curse and swear.  the allergies attack is back! why do i have sensitive skin!!!! :( but it seems like it isn't that uncommon afterall. i can now conclude that about 40% of the people i know have experienced it before. the next adventure is to drink the 'si kah zhua' (four-legged snake) or turtle soup which are know to be good for skin problems. have seen the doctor. bought body wash, gentle cleanser and hand cream, all hypoallergenic. i highly suspect this round of allergies is due to the new soap. the misery of having sensitive skin. one cannot use any kind of new product.
