and yet again, fail. my practical driving test second attempt. i know i totally screwed it up this time round. i had not been confident all this while. well, it came true. mount kerb. what a big mistake. damn. it was a complete disaster in the circuit. so bad that i can save the hassle of going out to the road. the tester became my instructor instead. gave instructions on my braking, accelerating, turning. honestly, i know i did not do well, at all.
in comparison, i was more confident during the first attempt. what has gotten into me? i just want to pass. and now, i have to continue spending money and time, and to handle the stress of a test. a thought came across my mind 'just end here'. but, i cannot give up, no half-way. endure and success is on the way. thanks to my mammy, niam niam and friends, who are very encouraging. i need to familiarise with the school circuit. practise makes perfect, doesn't it?
completed first month-end closing in the new company. much more to do as compared to the previous company. guess this is what's like for a joint venture. not too difficult, just confusing. not overwhelming, just manageable. i hope i can handle the next closing better. overall, so far so good. perhaps like what a friend told me, western mncs are always better than asian's. let's hope this is where i will stay in the long-run. job rotation seems normal here. i like that.
looking forward to weekend. watching shrek forever after with yu jia tomorrow. then the thump thump pack barbecue at mun hoe's place. we meet only a few times a year, thus i really cherish every such opportunity when each of us makes time to make a gathering possible. niam niam's san jie's house-warming on sunday.
